**What you'll be doing**
People Analytics drives to meaningful and predictive insights that can directly impact C-suite decisions. The growing team is looking for a people manager who can drive an analysis from idea/hypothesis to a synthesized PowerPoint ready for C-suite consumption. The manager should also be able to oversee standard and ad-hoc reporting of People data to various stakeholders.
**What you will be doing**
- Manage a team of four direct reports based in India and Poland who focus on basic analyses and People data reporting (both standard and ad-hoc)
- Ability to independently run analyses by leveraging multiple data sources and then synthesizing insights into a concise and easily actionable summary.
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and collaborate between various HR stakeholders.
- Perform data validation through the team and work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering) or sufficient experience working in Data Analytics
- 7-10 years of work experience in data analytics (experience with People data a significant plus)
- Experience working with Workday, Excel, Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint
Education/Experience:

- 7-10 years of work experience in data analytics (experience with People data a significant plus)
