Collaborate with an American company that finances buys, and sells used cars. Maintain acceptable standards set by the department and provide an outstanding customer service level in a very professional environment.
**Profile**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
**Responsabilities**:
- Answer inbound calls from our customers related to different customer service situations.
- Take payments and know how to guide customers to make payments on their own.
- Know how to read loan balances and make payment adjustments
- Commitment to first-call resolution, with a sense of urgency and maximum professionalism. Minimizing the transferring of phone calls from one department to another.
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of calls, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- Answer insurance-related questions including claims status, and basic claims information.
- Maintaining required standards set by the department
**We offer**:
- $16500 gross monthly (3,200 net weekly)

**Site schedule, monday to saturday, Sunday and one weekday off.**
