We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

**Manager - Asset, Liability and Capital Management (ALCM)**

**Role purpose**:
The role executes control governance analytics and monitoring on all liquidity reporting for Americas. As part of its function can work interchangeably with reporting units in the production of regulatory reporting as backup.

The role holder will:

- Monitor liquidity reporting control governance assessments. Coordinate reviews and guarantee due dates compliance.
- Gather statistics for Reporting Operations Americas dashboards Key Performance Indicators calculations for controls and reports production.
- Monitor execution on progress on all committed management actions for Management Self-Identified Issues (MSII (MSSI) and Internal/external audit reports.
- Support in the production on Governance decks for Treasury and DQ forums.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Do all tracking of Key Performance Indicators across different reporting units in Reporting Operations Americas.
- Do control assessment and effectiveness tracking for all controls on liquidity reporting.
- Monitor execution on management actions committed for audit findings resolution or MSII to guarantee delivery on time to comply with due dates.
- Participate in all internal process enhancement development to produce desired automations in regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate production on all governance presentation decks for liquidity reporting.
- Reporting Operations Americas team capacity tracking aimed to balance workload among team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in financial/regulatory/liquidity reporting in the banking industry with basic understanding of Bank risks: at least liquidity, credit, capital and operational risk.
- Good handle on excel and understanding on how to lead process improvements derived from the use of Python, SQL, or SAS.
- Disposition for continous learning on banking topics.
- Spanish and English: proficient.
