Team’s mandate is to ensure compliance with model risk management requirements when executing tasks to identify risks, new trends, management information, forecasts, and recommend methodology amendments primarily for non-Regulatory purposes. Activities may also support regulatory supervisoin and policy development. The broader team is responsible for the configuration, oversight, governance and control of all processes related to the Transaction Monitoring models.**Main activities**:- Oversight, adherence to Global Model Risk Policy, which includes the US Addendum, that requires model oversight, inventory management, first-line assessments, and pre-implementation reviews.- Designing, developing and maintaining Transaction Monitoring model risk reporting dashboards for Compliance Analytics sub-function.- Understanding Transaction Monitoring models and methodologies for effective model monitoring.- Reviewing and improving the documentation for existing suite of models and methodologies- Driving improvements in the systems and data infrastructure supporting deployment of the risk models,- Support for coordinating projects aimed at aligning methodologies, governance and policies around the Group- Support of the issue management activities and stakeholder engagements required- Interpret regulatory requirements and their impact on the business- Support the Compliance Analytics team in tuning of models through governance in order to enhance risk-return for the business**Requirements**:**Knowledge & Experience**- Proficiency in Qliksense / Qlikview /Tableau or exposure to any other visualization tool.- Kowledge of Python & SQL, MS Office suite- Good understanding of Advanced statistical methods/functions like Supervised Learning, Regression Analysis, Generalized Linear Model, Decision Trees, SVM, clustering (K-means, Hierarchical) etc.- Strong analytical skills with complex data type and format- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgement, critical analysis, attentionYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC**Issued by HSBC Electronic Data Processing (México) Private LTD
