Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are a leading real estate property management company specializing in short-term / Lonf terms rentals, corporate housing, and long-term apartment rentals. Our portfolio includes properties in New York & Mexico City.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple properties
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in preparing and filing tax documents
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage payroll and employee expense reports
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in property management / real estate
- At least three years of bookkeeping experience in real estate property management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
