Procurement / Supplier Bill Backs Coordinator

**Sumary**:
The bill backs coordinator manages the required negotiations with the suppliers to cover the economic impact caused by
suppliers.
The Bill backs coordinator primary function is to keep track of charges, Fees & rule changes, organize and track data and
analysis to effectively respond to and manage disputes.
Maintain proper documentation to support and evidence the charges to the suppliers
Coordinate with the team to ensure all impact caused by suppliers be properly documented and charged.
**Experience required**:
Bachelor´s degree
English advanced
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing and/or logistics in an industrial environment.
Multi-plants environment experience
**Fuctions**:
Ensure all supplier caused monetary impacts to be properly documented, charged, and recovered.
Coordinate with the procurement team to make sure all impacts are notified to bill back champions properly
Negotiate with suppliers to accept and paid their impacts
Lead the bill back champions team
Follow up with suppliers to solve disputes
Keep track of all supplier bill backs activity (Documented, evidenced. Sent, escalated, recovered, closed)
Maintain Suppliers Bill backs scorecard
