Procurement Coordinator**Category**:Business Support & Administration**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX- The position- As a Procurement Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to optimize savings and efficiency.- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms, while managing supplier relationships.- Conduct RFx sourcing analysis and spend data reviews to support business decisions.- Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to price analysis and proposal execution.- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, supplier evaluations, and ERP system adherence, while providing day-to-day support to stakeholders.- Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.- 4+ years leading projects, with strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills; proactive and results-driven.- Expertise in sourcing (7-step process, e-auctions) and negotiation, with experience using procurement CRMs like Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle.- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.- Experience with SAP is a plus.- About the department- Join our dynamic team in Mexico City, where we are responsible for obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes within the organisation.
