**Job Description Summary**: Provides computer support services to plant operations / users

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows / Linux).
- Collaborate on system integrations and API consumption.
- Document code, technical processes, and system configurations.
- Support digitalization, continuous improvement, and new technology implementation projects.
- Comply with information security policies and development standards.

**Education**:
**Requirements**:

- +6 months of experience in systems support and/or software development (internships or professional practices accepted).
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in final semesters).
- English Advanced

**Desired Qualitications**:
**Technical Skills - Systems**
- Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V; basic Docker knowledge is a plus).
- Backup, monitoring, and basic security concepts.

**Technical Skills - Development**
- Programming languages**:Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar**.
- Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Basic knowledge of **databases** (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with **version control systems (Git)**.
- Basic development and consumption of **REST APIs**.
- Introductory web development knowledge (HTML, CSS; basic frameworks are a plus).
