**Job Description Summary**: Provides computer support services to plant operations / users**Key Responsibilities**- Provide first- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows / Linux).- Collaborate on system integrations and API consumption.- Document code, technical processes, and system configurations.- Support digitalization, continuous improvement, and new technology implementation projects.- Comply with information security policies and development standards.**Education**:**Requirements**:- +6 months of experience in systems support and/or software development (internships or professional practices accepted).- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in final semesters).- English Advanced**Desired Qualitications**:**Technical Skills - Systems**- Windows and/or Linux operating systems.- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V; basic Docker knowledge is a plus).- Backup, monitoring, and basic security concepts.**Technical Skills - Development**- Programming languages**:Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar**.- Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).- Basic knowledge of **databases** (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).- Experience with **version control systems (Git)**.- Basic development and consumption of **REST APIs**.- Introductory web development knowledge (HTML, CSS; basic frameworks are a plus).**Core Competencies**- Logical and analytical thinking- Fast learner and adaptability- Technical problem-solving skills- Organization and documentation- Teamwork and collaboration- Effective communication**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
