**Program Manager**

As a Program Manager for Lionbridge Games, you will hold a leadership role responsible for overseeing content delivery from our Mexico site. This includes directly managing multidisciplinary teams comprising Project Managers, Language Leads, and Audio professionals. Your teams will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless localization and audio production efforts between internal groups and our clients. Today, the team consists of a project manager, language lead, and multimedia specialist with the expectations that this team will grow with the business.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage the project management team in coordinating multiple projects with stakeholders, ensuring the efficient delivery of localization and audio services.
- Oversee your language lead team in managing translation initiatives for Latin American Spanish.
- Supervise the external audio team in working with studio engineers, creative directors, and actors to cast, pre-produce, record, and post-produce audio files.
- Manage the overall Content P&L for Lionbridge Gaming in Mexico, supporting Sales to achieve budget targets and working with your teams and global support groups to meet revenue, CSAT, team engagement, and gross margin goals.
- Implement VAR management and expansion strategies to align with corporate margin percentage goals.
- Exercise tight control over ICOs as a percentage of revenue, optimize processes, and improve rates in partnership with Account Management to enhance customer quality and margin.
- Define and monitor KPIs critical to Lionbridge Gaming and customer satisfaction related to the local market.
- Drive continuous improvement in program deliverables through the collection, use, and analysis of content BI data.
- Manage customer communication, including operational business reviews, and understand customer needs to develop new capabilities.
- Roll out new Lionbridge translation and audio tools and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Oversee overall P&L management as detailed above.

**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Highly organized strategic thinker
- Proactive self-starter
- Experience in creating audio scripts
- Experience working in a global environment
- Skilled in scheduling and related audio production management tasks
