**The Impact You’ll Make**:
As the Business Analyst for Growth, you’ll be the analytical engine driving marketing and sales development efficiency. You’ll transform data into decisions - tracking performance, uncovering trends, and optimizing how our Growth organization scales. By connecting strategy with data, you’ll enable leadership to make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions that propel revenue growth. Working within a small, high-impact team, your insights will shape how Incode’s marketing and SDR engines operate and expand globally.

**What You’ll Own & Drive**:

- **Growth Analytics Leadership** - Own the analysis of marketing and SDR performance to optimize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
- **Reporting & Dashboards** - Define, design, and implement dashboards and reports that reveal actionable insights for the Growth team.
- **Continuous Process Improvement** - Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, campaign consistency, and operational efficiency.
- **Data Documentation & Governance** - Map data flows, document standard operating procedures, and ensure clarity across teams.
- **SDR Enablement** - Curate prospect lists and data sets that empower SDRs to target high-value accounts.
- **Bottleneck Analysis** - Identify improvement areas, uncover issues, and recommend process enhancements.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align data-driven insights with strategic goals.
- **Strategic Intelligence** - Deliver business intelligence that informs executive decisions and future growth strategies.

**Your Background**:

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or growth operations.
- BA/BS in Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing marketing and sales data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and dashboard creation with complex data sets.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as **HubSpot**, **Salesforce**, and **Tableau** (preferred).
- Experience documenting processes, improving workflows, and delivering strategic business intelligence.
