- Now we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for processes in LATAM. If you are ready to create and support our team regarding Safety processes, we are waiting for your CV

**What you will do**:
- Carry out a wide range of safety projects, relating to product/tool rollouts and policy/process updates that are required for user safety.-
- Work with the PR, marketing, policy and comms teams to highlight improvements in the platform's safety features.-
- Measure for impact - work with market research, conduct A/B tests, iterate, and measure your projects’ effectiveness.-
- Oversee the scope and end-to-end delivery of multiple high-complexity projects, processes, and programs.-
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps in a timely manner and work with other teams to address these issues.-
- Collect business requirements and work with engineers to facilitate technical solutions based on priority and impact.**What we expect from you**:
- Experience working independently in a mínimally structured environment.-
- Fluent english-
- 1-3 years of prior professional experience as a product or project manager-
- Experience solving complex problems through a structured approach-
- Proven capability to scope, plan, and organize-
