**Now Hiring: Financial Data Input Analyst**

**Training Starts**:Monday, July 7 at 8:00 am
**On-site Location**:Zona Río Offices (inside the Do It Business Center)
**Home Office opportunity**:after 45 days of on-site training
**Pay**:$4,000 MXN gross / approx. $3,450 MXN net (after taxes)
**Schedule**:Monday - Friday | 6:55 am - 4:00 pm | Weekends Off

**Benefits**:Full labor benefits required by law | All earnings reported to SAT

**Position Overview**

1Click Contact Center is hiring a **Financial Data Input Analyst** to support a financial institution’s data operations. In this role, you'll help analyze and correct client portfolio documents using AI-powered CRM tools (Freyda automates ~70% of workload). This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role ideal for someone comfortable working with numbers, documents, and data integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and correct financial documentation using Freyda (CRM/AI platform)
- Identify discrepancies and follow up with clients to resolve issues
- Ensure all data entries and corrections are accurate, complete, and compliant
- Prepare detailed financial summaries and client reports

**Job Requirements**
- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in data input, financial analysis, or related roles
- Call center or financial institution experience strongly preferred
- Strong English skills (C1-C2 level) - both written and verbal
- Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential
- Must complete 45 days of on-site training (Mon-Fri, 6:55 am-4:00 pm) before becoming eligible for home office

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with client communication in a financial services environment
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Solid experience working with data and numbers in a high-volume setting
- Moderate English (Spoken, written and comprehension)

**Additional Information**
- Eligibility for home office setup upon successful completion of training and meeting performance criteria
