**What you do?**
**Temporary 3 Month Job Offer**:
- Direct hiring.
- Schedules: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with 2 days off a week (saturday and sunday).
- Base salary of $13,711 MXN (before taxes) + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + Law Benefits + Remote work after training based on performance.
- Work Zone: Benito Juárez, CDMX. - On site operations.
**Roles**:
- Handle middle and Backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or High School degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented.
- Advanced English (written and spoken level).
- Experience in Customer Service or related is a plus.
