Present in 75 countries, our 21,100 employees speak 70 languages, handle over 71 million cases each year, and are motivated to go the extra mile to offer peace of mind to our customers around the world.We're looking for our new membersBilingual Call Center Agents / Bilingual Contact Center agent / Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Agentes Telefónicos Bilingües / Atención a clientesRoles:Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.Active participation in team meetings.**Requirements**:- High School Completed (GED)- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.- Customer service- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).- Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.Only location accepted: QuerétaroJob Offer:- Direct hiring- Roled & fixed schedules: AM & PM- Base salary: from $12,500 MXN to $13,900 MXN + $2,000 in bonus, Law Benefits- $1,400 in food coupons- Opportunity to grow though our Career Plan. Escrito y Hablado.- 6 meses de experiência mínimo en Servicio al cliente. Preferible en Call CenterOferta de trabajo:- Contratación directa- Horarios disponibles: Matutino, vespertinos y nocturnos- Sueldo base de $12,500 y después de 3 meses $13,900 + Bonos en $2,000 por métricas + Prestaciones de ley + excelentes oportunidad de crecimiento con nuestro plan de carrera después de los 6 meses.- $1,400 en vales de despensa.- Zona de trabajo: Presencial en Querétaro.
