**JOB SUMMARY**

The Multimedia Coordinator is a part of the Corporate Communications Department and fulfills the role of video production shooter/editor/designer and photographer. This person is responsible for aiding in video production execution, from preproduction processes through post production editing. This entry-level position will join the Jabil Creative & Multimedia Team in creating content for the Corporate Communications Department, which includes, but is not limited to, Thought Leadership videos, Strategy & Business Initiatives updates, Podcasts and motion graphics. The Multimedia Coordinator will contribute to the organizational efficiency of the team's data asset management systems by archiving, tagging, tracking and categorizing media appropriately. They will also perform other communication duties such as event and product photography, subtitling videos, executing all processes with responsibility for quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports pre-production, production, and post-production
- Supports projects and activities with interviews and BROLL
- Supports photography needs
- Works with design team to obtain graphic assets for videos
- Maintain brand consistency
- Asset management for internal storage and media libraries
- Compiles process/task documentation
- Subtitles international video content and posts to distribution channels
- Interacts and collaborates with communication team and external resources to coordinate internal and external messaging
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements
- Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Working knowledge and experience in the elements of video production, such as lighting, audio, composition, and cinematography, is required
- Light motion graphic experience such as title animations and basic keyframing is required
- Knowledge of non-linear editing, animation and audio edit/post software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Knowledge of cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lights and grip/electric equipment
- Familiarity with green screen keying and removal
- Familiarity with PC and Mac systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of project management flow within a production environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to change, and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of graphic design principles; graphic design experience a plus
- Working knowledge and experience in event and portrait photography a plus

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years of experience in a video production environment
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia, communications, public relations, marketing or related field
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
