STO CONSULTING, Somos una empresa consultora de TI, estamos en búsqueda de un VisionPLUS Support Engineer, para laborar de manera Hibrida. el salario es por honorarios de 62k a 73k libres.

**Objetivo del Puesto**

Brindar soporte técnico especializado para la plataforma VisionPlus, asegurando la continuidad operativa de los servicios relacionados con tarjetas, transacciones y procesamiento financiero. Resolver incidentes, realizar análisis de causa raíz y colaborar con equipos de desarrollo e infraestructura para mantener la estabilidad del sistema

**Requisitos Técnicos**
- 5+ años de experiência con **VisionPlus** (modularidad CMS, FAS, TRAMS, etc.).
- Conocimientos sólidos en **Unix/Linux**, **Oracle SQL**, **JCL**, **COBOL** (si se usa en mainframe).
- Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo como **Dynatrace**, **Splunk**, **Nagios**, etc.
- Experiência en entornos bancarios o financieros.
- Inglés técnico intermedio-avanzado.

**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Monitorear el entorno de producción de VisionPlus y sistemas relacionados.
- Atender y resolver incidentes técnicos en tiempo real, minimizando el impacto al negocio.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y documentar soluciones.
- Ejecutar scripts, validaciones y procesos batch en entornos Unix/Linux.
- Coordinar con equipos de desarrollo, QA e infraestructura para implementar soluciones permanentes.
- Participar en guardias (on-call) y turnos rotativos para soporte 24/7.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA y políticas de seguridad de la información.
- Automatizar tareas repetitivas mediante scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
- Generar reportes de disponibilidad, rendimiento y errores del sistema.
