Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This position combines accurate data entry with positive customer interaction to ensure a satisfying experience.
*Responsibilities:*
- Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases.
- Maintain updated and complete records of client transactions and activities.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns courteously and effectively.
- Set up delivery appointments with consignees.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.
*Requirements:*
- Strong data entry skills with high speed and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer orientation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.
- Previous experience using transportation management systems is an advantage.
