**About the role**:
As an**Accounting Transformation Specialist**, you will be a key driver of change and innovation within our Record to Report (RTR) processes. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance standardization, efficiency, and performance, helping our teams deliver greater value to the business and our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Accounting Transformation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- ing continuous improvement methodologies to develop and implement plans that drive process standardization and effectiveness.
- Managing improvement projects and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Facilitating Kaizen events, root cause analyses (RCA), and standard work sessions to address recurring performance gaps.
- Developing and monitoring KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conducting monthly performance reviews with RTR leaders to guide strategic actions.
- Designing and delivering training programs on continuous improvement frameworks.
- Coaching teams to foster a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating across matrixed and cross-functional RTR teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicating with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:

As a minimum you must have:
- Experience in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience in RTR or finance operations.
- Familiarity with CI tools such as Kaizen, RCA, and standard work.
