Accounting Specialist

**Are you a financial professional ideally who is passionate about making a direct impact to the business?****Bring your expertise and be a part of the inspiring journey to help us deliver a high-quality service to our customers.****Core Responsibilities**:- Responsible for Payroll Accounting and Controlling of USA & Canada transactions.- Complete and oversee month end close activities.- Strong collaboration with relevant internal and external partners.- Balance sheet reconciliations.- Participate in the LEGO tactical implementation plan to accomplish GL priorities**Play your part in our team succeeding**:You will become part of Business Service Operations (BSO), which is a shared service center that delivers Employee and Finance services to The LEGO Group from 4 locations; Monterrey, Prague, Singapore and China. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.The Specialist plays an important role in developing the best in class GL department within the BSO.
