Take pictures of components
- Use photoshop to create the location picture for each component.
- Analyze each component (quantity, number of pins, marking).
- Update each property with the datasheet or other information find on the web
- Identify all the components used for communication and complete the BUS file.
- Identify ECU function blocks based on visual inspection, bill of material, EA wiring data and experience.
- Analyze the PCB to understand the internal connections.
- Create the block diagram with software tool (currently Microsoft Visio).
- Prepare list of parts and update the indicator file.
- Take pictures for each sequence of the teardown, each part inside, 45° for exploded view
- Analyze each connector on PCB (dimension, type, number of pins)
- Create the “Pin Number” picture

**Requirements**:
**Professional Background**
- Degree: Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
- Knowledge in electronics automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge of or interest for the teardown process preferably automotive electronics at 1st tier or Semiconductor Manufacturer
- Intermediate English.
