Take pictures of components- Use photoshop to create the location picture for each component.- Analyze each component (quantity, number of pins, marking).- Update each property with the datasheet or other information find on the web- Identify all the components used for communication and complete the BUS file.- Identify ECU function blocks based on visual inspection, bill of material, EA wiring data and experience.- Analyze the PCB to understand the internal connections.- Create the block diagram with software tool (currently Microsoft Visio).- Prepare list of parts and update the indicator file.- Take pictures for each sequence of the teardown, each part inside, 45° for exploded view- Analyze each connector on PCB (dimension, type, number of pins)- Create the “Pin Number” picture**Requirements**:**Professional Background**- Degree: Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related.- Knowledge in electronics automotive industry.- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.**Skills & Abilities**- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry.- Knowledge of or interest for the teardown process preferably automotive electronics at 1st tier or Semiconductor Manufacturer- Intermediate English.
