Our Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Recruitment Admin to join our Helpware team.

**Position Overview**:
**As Recruitment Administrator, you are responsible for all back-office recruitment activities, following up and closing hiring processes, providing full support to recruiters.**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Support the recruitment team in all aspects of recruitment and back office tasks
- Leads assignment and upload to ATS
- Responsible for document follow-up and hiring process closure
- Recruiting, reporting, and job posting
- Offer Letter creation and follow-up
- Interview trimming
- New hire Credentials request
- Onboarding owner and operations follow-up (onboarding is on-site)
- HR team and training team hiring communication and follow-up
- Other tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Recruitment Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Organizing, planning, and time management skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
