Overview
Roles in this family focus on leading deep changes in the market and introducing new technologies thrive digitization - tokenization, click to pay, secure card on file, biometrics, etc. - and educate, aware & adopt technology.
Role
In this position you will:
- Partner with internal stakeholders into the Customer Solution Center, marketing, finance, products, issuers and merchants to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
- Experience building winning business cases by formulating quality epics (objectives) and translating them into stories (key details).
- Strong track record at synthesizing products and services from multiple functional areas into value propositions that align with regional or local customer need
- Manage the sales and roll-out of digital products and solutions in collaboration with the respective in-market Account and Business Development Teams
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and presenting compelling product propositions at external industry events for key stakeholders/audience.
- Models functional knowledge and best practice sharing and provide thought leadership on technology trends and holistic-system thinking to improve solutioning for their clients.
- Take responsibility for driving revenue.
- Responsible for defining the go to market strategies of Digital Products & Solutions from LAC region
- Oversees the development of training and other product support materials for the division
- Selects and monitors a product's key performance metrics and drives performance
- Partners with global and/or regional teams to identify opportunities for products and new services, inform internal stakeholders on new features of product offerings and improve the existing development process where possible

- Be technically savvy to understand in-depth, various digital products and solutions such as tokenization, click to pay etc.
- Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to guide clients to implement and launch digital first initiatives across the markets
- Deep understanding of the changing trends in digital payments (cards, e-wallets, x-pays, account to account transfers etc.)
- Skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
- Identify areas where resources fall short of needs and provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions to benefit the team
- Confident speaker and presenter, that can engage and effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
