In this role, you will work with senior company and bottler stakeholders to define and implement a portfolio of Digital Commercial Solutions using leading edge technology such as advanced analytics for Price & Promotion optimization, photo & video recognition, IoT, machine learning based ultra segmentation, and Salesforce automation. You will be able to lead a team of Digital Product Owners, aligning global and regional priorities and focusing on Customer Value.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- In partnership with business stakeholders, lead and own the product vision and strategic development process, aligning with company objectives to include multi-year product roadmap development and periodic review processes that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan.
- Lead a portfolio of critical commercial digital products for Latin America, ensuring full life-cycle success through conception, development, implementation and operation; Identify product and feature success metrics/business KPI’s, analyze performance on a daily/weekly basis and conduct data analytics to prioritize future development and identify new product opportunities.
- Be a strong team leader, expanding and developing direct team and network capabilities and skills through coaching and feedback and leading by example
- Envision and define the future state of the integrated support capability, and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to define technology and process standards and best practices. Champion the adoption of the standards and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on time and quality delivery of initiatives by managing bottlenecks, issues and risks, balancing the business needs versus technical constraints, and escalating issues and risks to drive solutions as necessary.
- Vendor Management: Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with selected technologies, leading vendors along an informed and well-defined roadmap to meet the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate and manage release of case management products and services, including plan, prioritize, and deliver systems features
**Minimum Requirements**:
- 100% **English** command
- 8+ years **IT leadership**/management experience, delivering IT solutions for multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams
- Strong **people leader**, with focus on growing people through Coaching and Feedback, establishing strong discipline with a sense of purpose and positive motivation
- Experience in **Market digitalization tools** with a focus on the Consumer Packaged Goods industry; **RGM** (Pricing/Promotion optimization tools), **Execution** (Measurement, IR, IoT), SFA tools
- Be able to lead and **set an agenda** through ambiguity and complexity
- Experience in **digital product development** with demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
- Demonstrated ability to plan and **prioritize** business needs and allocate resources
- Beyond technical knowledge, outstanding **communications** skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative, team-based leadership style.
- Confident in **Data & Analytics**, from data gathering, clean-up & visualization
- Results-orientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills for using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; complemented with ability to succinctly define a story, suggest a set of requirements and justify the prioritization of business objectives.
- Accustomed to estimating, budgeting, building business cases and measuring value
**Differential/Desirable Qualifications**
- Functional knowledge and experience in Commercial and/or e-Commerce business domains
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, or CPG industry
- Expertise in:
- RGM (Pricing & Promotion optimization)
- Point of Sale Execution, including measurement and automation through Image Recognition
- PBI or similar; D&A expertise
- Online execution measurement and improvement programs
- Customer/Consumer online and offline sales models/tools
- Market segmentation
- IoT & Smartvending
- B2B2C Loyalty programs
- MS Azure ecosystem & architecture
- Portuguese language command a plus as the role is LATAM-wide
