**Company Description**

MSP Growth Agents LLC is Recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that supports businesses with IT optimization, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. We’re seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative/Appointoment Setter (ISR)** to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule conversations for senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to develop sales skills in the high-demand tech industry.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the MSP’s leadership
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Close.io) to track outreach and results
- Collaborate with sales coaches in weekly 1:1 and group huddles
- Hit daily/weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and meetings booked

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Account Management (**Preferred**)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the VoIP or I.T. services industry is a plus (**Preferred**)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (**Preferred**)

**What You’ll Get**:

- Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (20,000 MXN Base, Plus 50 USD for every qualified appointment attedended + 25% of every deal closed) **On target earnings 40,000-60,000 MXN/Month**:

- **Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 PM or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm**
