Liderear y coordinar las actividades relacionadas al diseño y Nuevos productos de la fabricación de empuñaduras de mangos de golf.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Coordinar fabricación de herramental coordinándose con los tiempos de las corridas de ingeniería.
- Verificarse de la calidad del Moldes, herramental y trabajar en proyectos de mejora de los defectos principales de moldeo.
- Coordinar la fabricación de herramientas de larga duración y trabajar en mejorar las fallas de moldeo mediante el uso de sistemas de poka-yoke.
**Funciones**:
- Soporte en liberación de especificaciones de terminado y moldeo.
- Evaluación de prototipos en máquina de grabado laser.
- Solución de problemas en moldes.
- Realizar PQ de productos en liberaciones.
- **Experiência y conocimientos indispensables**:_
- Conocimiento avanzado en diseño de moldes: validaciones y liberaciones de moldes a producción. Cálculos de encogimiento, ángulos de salida, tolerancias geométricas y dimensionales GD&T.
- Experiência en maquinado y su proceso de fabricación: tipos de acero, durezas, puntos de flexión, resistencia a la compresión, desgaste, elementos de falla.
- Conocimientos de metrología, medición de elementos, métodos de dimensionado especializado con sistemas de visión.
- Experiência coordinando multiples proyectos.
- Comunicación avanzada en idioma inglés (Hablado y escrito).
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica o afín.
- AutoCAD y Solidworks (Avanzado), MasterCam y Mold Desing
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en empresas de fabricación y/o ensamble.
