**British American Tobacco** **Mexico**has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Analytics Analyst in**Monterrey, Nuevo Leon**

In this position, you will execute a wide range of analytics tasks, including data collection, audience segmentation, profiling, website audits, and monitoring key behavior metrics. Additionally, you will support the development of CRM strategies by implementing analytics solutions that enhance products and services.

As part of the GBS Insights & Foresights Team, you will guide business teams by providing connected data solutions and establishing metrics that directly influence business outcomes. This role supports decision-making processes, monitors strategic implementation, and enhances performance in digital and social spaces.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct basic data analysis and provide simple, actionable insights for consumer analytics using first-party data.
- Assist in implementing analytical approaches to address straightforward business questions.
- Track and report on basic key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement and traffic sources.
- Help identify trends in consumer data with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to preparing reports and summaries under supervision to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and share insights.
- Establish clear and open communication with peers and immediate supervisors to support project goals.
- Contribute to cross-department collaboration aimed at streamlining marketing processes.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Analytics, Marketing, or Business).
- 0-2 years of experience in data-related roles.
- Basic understanding of managing and connecting data sources to extract insights.
- Exposure to consumer analytics, digital marketing, or data visualization.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge is required; Python is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and basic visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Adaptable to learning new tools and comfortable with change.
- Fluent in English.
