**About the role**:
You´ll participate in software development projects with a Top Client in the Retail/Beverage Industry

**Main Requirements**:

- 7+ yoe in SRE or DevOps roles.
- Stronge experience in Azure Cloud.
- Architect and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** and deployment strategies.
- Lead capacity planning, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Define and implement the architectural strategy for P**erformance, reliability, scalability,**and **observability** across systems.
- Mentor Performance Test, SRE and DevOps engineers, and promote a culture of reliability and automation.
- Design and guide the implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
- Lead **incident response** architecture and postmortem processes.
- Evaluate and integrate observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk).
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices.
- Create KRA’s & KPIs to check for compliance to standard using automation.
Create & maintain SRE Dashboard.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust and secure systems.
- ** Advanced English** Communication.
