Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North Site.

Reporting to the Program Management Director, the Project Manager will assist with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship. value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

- Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
- Work on footprint strategy with segment business units, operations excellence and transformation team and Worldwide Operations evaluating all aspects of operations efficiency and capacities for better asset utilization.
- Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
- Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
- Occasional travel to Flex sites
- Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline and cost
- Data analytics to provide summarized view based on data captured for management strategic decision-making process

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- English advanced
- Full experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of functional concepts
- Office skills: data analytics, advanced presentation, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
