**The Industrial Engineering Assistant** is in charge to create eCR (Investments), new position requests for the area (ePR), realizes eDR’s, PER´s, SC creation and follow up on purchase orders for the entire IE area.

She/He will be in charge of giving support to all the department for roughly 50 people.
- Managing and organizing all the requests having a proper priority list to detect anything that could impact in the new projects or the budget of the area.
- Making sure everybody understand and follows the travel company policies.
- Organizing visitors agenda.
- Monitoring to accomplish the 5S initiative in the area.
- Performing cross audits, giving feedback of any opportunities found during the audit. Internal training and clarifications for the 5S methodology in the area.
- Managing 5S KPI.
- Administrating plant cleaning service to assure that all the areas inside of the company are having the proper conditions. Feedback sessions with production and warehouse.
- Coordinating payments for security services, cleaning service and specially for the energy supply which requires special attention.
- Generating reports like eLSR, ODCL etc and doing the follow up for deviation actions.
- Coordinating the fixed assets inventory on an annual base with the controlling department.
- Supporting to other central areas like quality for travel arrangements and visitor organization.

**Required competencies**:
Advanced SAP Management

Advacnced CEOS, OCR & WORK FLOW, CONCUR Management

English at least at B2 Level

Intermidate Effective Communication

Intermidate Office management

Intermidate Negotiation Skills

Intermidate Stress Management

**Required Experience**

Business Administration, Marketing or any Management Bachelor Degree

At least 1 year experience working:

- as an assistant managing SAP and purchasing requisition.
- among international ambience
- in travel management activities
