Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst** with extensive experience in Data Science to join our **remote** team. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets and providing insights to optimize web performance. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be required to work with a team of developers and business stakeholders to understand the business needs and provide creative solutions using data analysis and statistical modeling.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring web performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand the business needs and provide creative solutions using data analysis and statistical modeling
- Conduct A/B tests and provide insights to optimize conversion rates and user experience
- Lead and mentor less experienced analysts, providing technical expertise and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
- Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders, using data visualizations and reports to facilitate decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Data Science and web analytics, and share knowledge with the team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, having strong foundational knowledge of Python and R language
- Expertise in SQL for data manipulation, extraction and analysis
- Expertise in conducting data analysis and feature analysis, leveraging statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Experience in working with large datasets, handling data quality, and data cleansing tasks
- Ability to create data visualizations and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and web performance monitoring
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills
- Advanced English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders

**Nice to have**
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, facilitating seamless integration with the backend systems
- Knowledge of data analytical/ML frameworks, such as Pandas, Scipy and Tensroflow
