We are looking for an **Operations Team Lead** to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. This key position will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and coordinating all logístical and operational processes within our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to the highest safety standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operational and logístical activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Implement and optimize continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage and lead the operations team, fostering a collaborative, motivating, and results-driven work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety and occupational health regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Monitor and control operational budgets and costs, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring product accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate with transportation and distribution areas to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to optimize operations.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and strategic decision-making for the department.

**What We Are Looking For In You**:
**Experience & Technical Knowledge**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
- Demonstrable experience in e-commerce warehouse operations and/or Freight Forwarding.
- Proficiency in **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and inventory management software (ERP).
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and operational cost control.
- Familiarity with transportation and distribution management strategies.
- Experience with **customs processes and customs clearance**.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools for decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial safety and occupational health protocols.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proven experience in inventory and stock management.

**Languages**:

- **Conversational English is essential.**:

- **Chinese is required.**
