We are currently seeking a talented Account Management EMS who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.
**In your new role you will**:
- Regional responsibility for assigned EMS accounts for both demand fulfillment and demand creation activities
- Achieve team & individual business targets, drive revenue growth and gain market share
- Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments
- Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely
**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:
- Minimum a bachelor degree
- At least 5 years work experience within the semiconductor industry
- Excellent understanding of EMS / ODM business
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal & communication business skills
- Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
- Ability to articulate business proposals across management levelsFluent written & oral English for business
