**Responsabilidades**:
- Gestionar requerimientos y solicitudes de los clientes.
- Mantener contacto constante con el cliente para seguimiento y soporte.
- Inspeccionar material y asegurar su conformidad.
- Dar seguimiento a retrabajos y procesar material no conforme.
- Llenado de reportes y documentación correspondiente.
- Atención y resolución de quejas de clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Carrera terminada en áreas afines.
- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente o áreas relacionadas en el ramo de la logística.
- Inglés avanzado
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con cliente
- Conocimiento en procesos de retrabajo, control de calidad y manejo de material no conforme.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
