Customer Scorecard Herramientas estadísticas para control de proceso (gráficas de control, calculo de Cp y Cpk)
Elaboración e interpretación de Control Plan y AMEF NCT - Non Conformance
Tracking Interpretación de reportes dimensionales
Manejo de instrumentos de medición (Calibradores, micrómetros, etc)
Realizar el rol de representación del Cliente
Lider de actividades y coaching al personal de la planta
Mantener criterios homologados entre el Cliente y la UAP
Asegurar la aplicación de el Plan de Control
Detener el proceso y embarques en caso de ver afectada la Seguridad y/o la Calidad de los productos
Mantenimiento de los Portales de los Clientes Externos (Tier 1) e Internos (QSS)
