**Full Time | Aguascalientes, MX | Hybrid**

**Innovate with Benchmark Digital as Finance Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete billing and collections processes according to project schedules.
- Keep financial information updated in the system for contracts and agreements with subscribers.
- Request, receive and process purchase orders from customers.
- Lead internal and external virtual meetings with our subscribers to ensure that POs and Invoices are being processed correctly.
- Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on any financial related activities.
- Create and update reports for Accounts Receivable metrics such as delinquency and cash collection targets, among others.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1- 2 years of experience with accounting, financial and administration procedures in an IT environment highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and project skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Collections background
- Teamwork oriented
