**Responsibilities**:

- US Sales Tax:_
- Provide daily summaries/reports detailing completed tasks and communications.
- Conduct end-of-week reviews to assess completion status and discuss priorities for the following week.
- Calculate actual sales & use tax amounts utilizing internal processes.
- Compile calculated taxes into an organized Excel spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
- Support Sales Tax Reconciliation by State.
- Support Sales Tax filing by State.
- US Payroll Reporting Tax:_
- Validate correct business names and addresses are on file by following up with various US tax entities.
- Coordinate opening of new payroll tax accounts as needed (State Income, State Unemployment, Municipal, School, etc.).
- Document Organization:_
- Assist in uploading and categorizing vendor/partner agreements and contracts within our system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales tax calculation or similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Avalara or similar sales tax software is a plus.
- Experience in using NetSuite software is a plus.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
