**SCM Supervisor**

**Objetivo de la posición**
- Proveer y apoyar la administración en el campo de cadena de suministro y control de procesos de producción, siendo responsable por la guía y desempeño de la planeación de producción, control y manejo de materiales

**Actividades principales**
- Proveer de liderazgo técnico (ejem. orientación, entrenamiento, etc.) para los asociados.
- Coordinar a los asociados (ejem programación de personal, planeación de vacaciones, juntas, etc.)
- Cooperar en los planes de acción/acuerdos con los proveedores, clientes y contraloría.
- Implementar estándares mundiales incluyendo monitoreo de resultados.
- Desarrollar principios operativos organizaciones para asegurar las operaciones logísticas (ejem. Manual de adquisiciones, etc.)
- Implementar mejoras a través de la toda la cadena de suministro.

**Requisitos necesarios**
- Formación profesional: Título Universitario
- Educación: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador, Licenciado en Comercio Exterior o afín
- Idioma: Inglés 3 Nível Avanzado
- Experiência en: Conocimiento básico de procesos funcionales o de la gama de productos (técnicas, sistemas, proceso de fabricación) Participación en las actividades de coordinación entre los varios departamentos/área.
- Industria: Automotriz
- Conocimientos técnicos: Habilidades deIT, MS Office, Conceptos de cadena de suministros, Sistemas ERP / MRP Logic.
