**Site Reliability Engineer | Presencial - CDMX**

**Resumen del Rol**:
Como **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** en Zenta Group, serás el puente entre desarrollo y operaciones, asegurando que los servicios sean **escalables, confiables y resilientes**. Diseñarás e implementarás soluciones que mejoren la estabilidad y el rendimiento de la infraestructura, aplicando automatización y mejores prácticas para minimizar interrupciones y optimizar la entrega de software.

**Lo que Harás**:
Diseñar e implementar soluciones para mejorar la **resiliencia y confiabilidad** de los sistemas.

Desarrollar herramientas y procesos para la **automatización** de tareas operativas repetitivas.
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para garantizar la estabilidad de las aplicaciones en producción.
Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de los sistemas, identificando y resolviendo **cuellos de botella**.
Gestionar incidentes críticos, reduciendo el **tiempo de recuperación (MTTR)** y mejorando la capacidad de respuesta.
Aplicar prácticas de **observabilidad** para detectar problemas antes de que afecten a los usuarios.

**Quién Eres**:

- Cuentas con experiência en **Site Reliability Engineering o DevOps** en entornos críticos.
- Tienes habilidades en **infraestructura como código (IaC)** y automatización de procesos.
- Posees conocimientos en **monitoreo y observabilidad** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Te apasiona la mejora continua y la implementación de arquitecturas **resilientes**.
- Eres un solucionador de problemas con mentalidad proactiva y orientada a la innovación.
