We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Data Analytics Manager**

**Role Purpose**:
**Main Activities**:

- Testing and validation of data models/data tables/data assets
- The role also requires the person to understand the data thoroughly and draw business insights which needs to be shared with various business stakeholders for informed decision making/process improvement.
- Driving automation efforts across multiple reports/processes, understanding the gap in the process, and eventually driving a project to move away from tactical solutions and adopt more strategic way of delivering reports and insights.
- Adherence to controls and governance is must while dealing with the data.
- Completion of mandatory trainings on time and be self-motivated to take up ample training opportunities the bank provides to upskill oneself for future of work.
Requirements- Python
- SQL
- SAS
- Excel
- Pyspark
- Exposure to Bigdata and Hadoop data lake is a big plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS is a big plus.
- Expertise in visualization tools like Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI is good to have.
- Knowledge about BFSI domain is good to have.
- Prior project management experience with knowledge of Agile methodology and exposure to project management tools like Jira, Confluence, GITHUB is a plus.
