Step into a future with AT&T.This position is in the Customer Operations org on the AIM Data Ecosystem and ABS team and would support the development and maintenance of data to support Data Science work and machine learning work for the entire OC organization.As a Lead, Data Analytics you will:- Work with both structured and unstructured data across multiple environments (on prem teradata and Azure Cloud).- Data and reporting infrastructure planning, development and management of data marts, development, production and support of credit and collections operational and portfolio level reports, and ad-hoc query and data analysis.- Support key business initiatives by providing the data and business intelligence that drives decision making.- Fulfill analysis requests by using complex queries to join data from various sources including relational databases, datamarts, datalakes and other sources.- Focus on all aspects of the customer life cycle from ordering and credit to billing and collections, as well as aspects of customer interactions with AT&T through calls into collections centers to digital interactions via smartphone apps or the web.- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.- Data Governance- Data Mining- Data Movement Tools- Data Warehousing- ETL Process- Query and Database Access Tools- Relational Databases- Scripting Tools and Languages, System and Technology Integration.High level of proficiency using data query and handling tools like SQL assistant, QMF, and Oracle SQLPlus and Python is desired.- Experience with analytic and visualization tools like PowerBI (desired) and Tableau. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
