As a Sr. Associate Remittance Ops &Systems you will:
- Reconcile all daily transactions for AR locations. Daily reconciliations are performed to identify variances between the OPUS (point of sale system) activity and bank deposits.
- Work with store personnel, bank, courier and asset protection for the research.
- All research and corrections of these variances are facilitated and/or performed by the Analyst.
(1) correct misapplied payments, (2) correct duplicated charges, (3) monitor deposits being delivered to bank, (4) reporting analysis, (5) journal entries.
- High school diploma and GED preferred
- Specialized skill training or certification may be required
- Customer service
- Data analyst
- Detail oriented
- Excel and accounting knowledge.
- The position will have daily interaction with retail store management and personnel therefore fluent in English is a requirement.
