**The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for documentation and capture information for the Financial Planning team. Also, support in the creation of flowcharts.**

**Accountabilities**
- Working across multiple Finance Functions to provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast.
- Understand key drivers of the P&L
- Performance analysis, including an explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
- Maintain complex Excel models.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights.
- Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with cross-functional task forces and Finance leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance functions on ad-hoc projects.
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Coach and onboard new team members in ways of working and processes.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint / Desirable: Power BI, SAP or Power Query.
- Advanced english proficiency.
- Deep understanding of a P&L and it's drivers.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills.
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience.
- Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities.
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
- Ability to deliver solid results under a high-pressure environment / limited time.
- Adaptable to a multi-cultural environment.

This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
