**Buyer Indirect**

**About the Role**

Coordinate and manage the indirect procurement requirements goods and/or services in accordance with the internal policies and procedures established by Essity, in close collaboration with stakeholders. Always looking for suppliers that offer the best QCD (quality, cost, delivery).

**What you Will DO**
- Oversee compliance procurement indirect procedures and policies that Essity´s established.
- Responsible for indirect requirements of goods and services for Essity's operation, ensuring QCD (quality, cost, delivery), where applicable.
- Manage agreements of services and/or purchase of indirect goods where applicable.
- Supplier development with stakeholder, to detect potential improvements, in goods or services for Indirect Procurement.
- Ensure goods and services are placed with the highest quality, best possible price, applying, if necessary, bidding processes that allow the company to secure the best supply options.
- Ensure goods and services are purchased with the highest quality, best possible price, if it´s necessary; bidding processes that allow the company to secure the best supply options.
- Follow up of quality issues, returns, requests credit notes and final set up in system.
- Give feedback to suppliers when required.
- Work in close collaboration with all stakeholders involved for the achievement for Essity KPI´s.
- To deal with customer/suppliers complains
- Proactive seek cost savings opportunities through analyzing current operations and data in conjunction with the sourcing manager.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree; international business, administration or similar.
- Language: English intermated at least.
- At least 5 years of experience in Indirect procurement.
- Management and knowledge: SAP, Ariba, Office
