**Position Description**
We’re looking for a Product Manager for our Data and Reports solution area. You’ll work with a cross-functional team responsible for delivering our next generation Data and Reports to some of the leading brands across Latin America. You’ll work in close collaboration with stakeholders from across the business including engineering, data science, analytics, and senior leadership. We’re looking for someone with the same passion that we have for insightful solutions with a big impact.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define the product roadmap for a cross functional development team
- Understand customer’s needs for credit and supplier (procurement) decisioning, understand our data and the best way to deliver it to customers (reports, data blocks, APIs) and how to differentiate us from competition
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog to deliver on the product vision and road map in collaboration with tech leads; Obsessively gather market input and competitive intelligence to update the backlog accordingly
- Define scope documents for the development teams
- Work with business teams in multiple geographies and product managers across the company to build business cases, set strategy and define requirements and timelines
- Regularly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks and change control to senior management.
- Explore AI and embed its strategically to transform our product experiences.
- Participate in strategic sales opportunities to confirm customer requirements and support sales team members in learning how to best communicate customer key value propositions
- Ship fast and often with a vigilant focus on customer success.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years product experience including product strategy, product development, data scientist or API development
- Experience and familiarity with data, report and/or API products
- 2+ years with an Internet, Big-Data, e-commerce, SaaS, cloud software, data providers and/or financial services companies
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Voracious appetite for discovering and designing the “whole product” experience
- Leadership—you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track
- Technical know-how—you have ability to work with data, json and APIs
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, operations and design teams
- Demonstrated ability with sales teams to identify customer needs and deliver differentiated solutions
- Background in statistics or data science and how they inform product experiences
- Comfort working with remote co-workers.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
