What you will do*
- Responsible for creation of Quality Assurance strategy; analyse ongoing testing procedures and requirements; and monitor team members’ compliance
- Responsible for establishment of standards and procedures for testing products to determine their quality and readiness for release
- Drive creation, maintenance, and running of automation and performance test scripts that adhere to industry standards on design patterns/architecture and tools
- Lead development of test plans and test cases based on requirements gathered from product owners and stakeholders
- Identify risks and interdependencies prior to releases to minimise the impact on daily business operations
- Work alongside Product and Engineering to analyse design specs and detect potential issues in the early stages of development
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Support diverse teams on Manual and Automated Testing best practices

What you’ll bring*
- 5+ years of QA experience
- Prior experience testing other e-commerce technology solutions
- Deep knowledge of manual and automation testing of SFCC (or similar platform) and AEM
- Proven experience with automated testing tools (including design and execution of automation test packs)
- Experience with common web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Ability to develop test plans and scripts, taking into account end-user requirements
- Deep knowledge of creation and utilisation of QA testing environments
- Experience working with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of common web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Interested in growing test automation skillset
- Ability to innovate and to effectively deal with rapid change
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
- Strong initiative, proactive and ability to meet deadlines
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executives
