**SR COST ACCOUNTANT**

To play a business partner role to maintain and optimize the cost accounting function for Juarez plants. To lead PF&A function providing reliable financial data and analysis for business decision-making. To maintain and develop team members’ capability to support business requirements**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead Juarez costing function to support operation continuous improvement and cost competitive initiatives
- Provide FP&A support to local management team to execute company’s financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide leadership in financial analysis, including variances to budgets and forecasts; prepare financial reporting information for management and stakeholder related.
- Track important business trends and report on KPI to assist management in executing the company’s business plans.
- Participate in operation meetings required to review financial and operational performance
- Assist in inter-plant and 3rd peer companies Finance operation benchmark
- Supervise the cycle count program, provide analysis on variances, root cause and corrective actions
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis (such as feasibility of cost savings ideas, capital project investments, financial modeling) to support strategic and tactical decisions.
- Support the Finance team during the monthly financial close process by reviewing interim results and providing needed inputs.
- Support the implementation of global finance strategy, related costing projects, and corporate projects as assigned
- Team development to mitigate skills / technology gap and grow people’s career to support business strategy

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Well educated in Finance with college degree or above
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing setting with knowledge of cost accounting principles
- Solid costing knowledge and practice is a must
- Nice interpersonal interface
- Team management experience
- International travel is required
- CPA or CMA is a plus
- Fluent oral English as well as professional writing
- Strategic thinking
- Strong logical point of view
- Business acumen
- Experienced with SAP S4 CFIN and MS office preferred
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
