**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to business users by answering SAP related questions and provide guidance and ad-hoc data as required in a timely manner
- Work with a cross functional team to understand the business issues or identify opportunities and gather system requirements
- Translate business requirements into solutions that utilize standard SAP functionality where possible.
- Configure SAP FICO to meet business requirements.
- Work with users to develop functional specifications for system enhancements or reporting requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
- Work closely with the business users to understand and refine requirements which will be translated into meaningful information delivered as ad-hoc queries, Reports or Analyses/Dashboards.
- Follow, challenge and improve established processes surrounding design, development, testing and deployment of solutions.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with at least two to four years’ related experience and/or training with proven track record, any product or industry certification in SAP area a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-starter and have the ability to learn existing and new tools and technologies.
