We are seeking a talented **Full-stack Developer with experience in ERP (preferably Odoo)**to join our team and contribute to the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo systems/modules.

**Position Overview**

The **Full-stack Developer** will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo-based enterprise solutions tailored to business needs. Reporting directly to the **CEO and IT/Project Manager**, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in Odoo, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Odoo implementations to enhance system performance.
- Maintain and enhance Odoo modules, ensuring compatibility with new releases.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and improve workflows.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP development and customization.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Odoo framework, including ORM, Workflows, Reports, and Security.
- Knowledge of Odoo architecture, development best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Odoo.sh, Docker, or other cloud-based Odoo hosting solutions.
- Knowledge of business processes like CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR in Odoo.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Prior experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Odoo certification is a plus.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
